Do you live by this motto? Does it cause problems for you in your work or your personal  life?

Procrastination is a time-honored (or time-reviled) method of delaying getting things done.
The term's first known appearance was in Edward Hall's Chronicle...first published sometime before 1548. Actually, whatever you are doing, something else isn't getting done. So, the key becomes deciding how to spend your time and energy. It's as much about priorities than time management.

We use Positive Psychology strategies to help people identify their strengths and values--and apply them in a plan that is workable for them, not someone else. Will you get everything done perfectly all the time? No, that's impossible. But you will be more satisfied with what you get done.

We have two different services for procrastinators: "traditional-style" weekly, 45-minute telephone sessions, or our daily, 10-minute check-in call package. Wouldn't it be helpful to you to take a few minutes every morning to plan your day's work with another person? Do you have trouble figuring out priorities or chunking down your work to realistic, manageable tasks? Do you get more done when you feel accountable to someone? Our interest with this issue came about through our work with people with ADD or ADHD. However, we all know that you don't need to be an ADD'er to have a problem with putting things off. We will help you figure out how you can get moving on the things important to you.
